At least 420 candidates will compete Tuesday for 210 parliamentary seats in second phase's run-off round of Egypt's parliamentary elections, Al Bawaba News reported Monday. The run-off round will take place in 13 provinces and 28.2 million people eligible to vote in voters in 12946 poll stations. The 13 governorates include Cairo, Qaliubiya, Dakahlia, Menoufia, Gharbia, Kafr El Sheikh, Al Sharqia, Damietta, Port Said, Ismailia, Suez, North Sinai and South Sinai governorates.
