Secretary-General of the Arab League, Nabil el-Araby will meet Sunday with the newly appointed UN envoy to Libya, Martin Kobler at the Arab League headquarters. The two sides will consult on forming a national reconciliation government in Libya, Al-Bawaba News reported. Kobler arrived Saturday to Cairo, in his first visit to Egypt, where he met with Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sameh Shoukry. Both sides discussed the latest developments on the Libyan crisis and ways to resume the efforts aimed at ending the crisis. In October, UN Secretary-General, Ban Ki-moon appointed Kobler as UN special envoy to Libya. Kobler had previously served as Germany's Ambassador to Iraq and Egypt.
