Supreme Council of Culture discusses Chinese book about Xinjiang region

The Supreme Council of Culture in cooperation with the Embassy of China, hold a symposium to discuss the Chinese book "The current features of Xinjiang Autonomous Region", Al-Bawaba News reported.
Minister of Culture, Helmi al-Nmnm attended the symposium along with the cultural chancellor of the embassy, Chen Dong Lyon, former Chinese minister of culture, Wang Meng, the book writer, the translator and the publisher.
A seven-minute documentary about the book's characters was screened during the event.
