Egypt Culture Min. to participate in pro-Sharm conference

Egypt's Ministry of Culture said it would participate in the daily Akhbar al-Yum conference on tourist activation in Sharm el-Sheikh to be held on Wednesday.
The conference that comes under the title of "Making Hope in the City of Peace" comes following the suspension of foreign flights from and to the Red Sea resort in wake of a Russia passenger plane crash over the Sinai Peninsula.
Minister of Culture Helmy Namnam said all bands and groups of the ministry had taken on large roles in promoting for tourism in Egypt.
The conference will host a number of tourist experts to give proposals on means to get out of the current crisis. The Opera House will also hold a concert for singer Medhat Saleh.
