The Russian authorities announced that 44 passenger flights will be sent to Egypt to transfer the stranded tourists in the Red Sea resorts of Sharm Al-Sheikh and Hurghada, Sky News Arabia reported Saturday. The Russian Federal Air Transport Agency (FATA) stated that 30 passenger flights will be sent to Hurghada while 14 others to Sharm Al-Sheikh airports to transfer 7,8000 tourists, according to Russian authorities, after Putin ordered to suspend flights to Egypt. "According to security alerts, passengers will fly with their handluggage," FATA said, explaining that the luggage will be transferred on different planes. The Russian Union for Travel Industry spokesperson, Irena Turina said that Russian tourists in Egypt are not obliged to leave.
