French Mistral carriers to be delivered to Egypt in April: sources

Russian Military sources revealed that that the two French Mistral helicopter carriers will be delivered to Egypt in April 2016, Al-Bawaba News reported.
The sources added that 400 Egyptian navy soldiers and officers are currently being trained on how to use the Mistrals.
According to the Russian news agency, Sputnik, Egypt will hold talks with Russia on October 21 to discuss the possibility of purchasing Russian equipment for the two helicopter carriers.
On October 10, Egypt and France signed the sale of two French Mistral helicopter carriers deal, which was announced in September.
