Egyptian president Abdel Fattah Al Sisi discussed with a delegation of state officials, the construction plans for the New Capital project, Al-Bawaba News reported Sunday. The delegation included, Ibrahim Mahlab, the president's aide for national projects, Housing Minster, Mostafa Madbouli, the ministry of defense' projects advisor and the engineering authority director. Alaa Youssef, the presidential spokesperson said Al Sisi has asserted on launching the first phase of the project Jan.16 and to be concluded in 2 years, using advanced international standards. Housing Minister revealed that an international Chinese construction company will be in charge of implementing the first phase of the project.
