Egypt's prosecution renewed Monday the detention of nine Muslim Brotherhood (MB) members for 15 days pending investigations in el-Gharbia governorate, northwestern Egypt, Al Bawaba News reported. The suspects are charged with inciting riots and violence against state institutions and citizens, joining an outlawed organization and protesting without permits. Meanwhile, Prosecution office renewed detention period for seven MB members for 15 days pending investigations for forming terrorist cells involved in bombing power stations, electric pylons and railway stations.
