Parliamentarians' appointment should come after the parliamentary elections to cope with Egypt's constitution, said legislative reform committee Salah Fawzy on Wednesday. He described the calls for appointing parliamentarians before the elections as unconstitutional. The statement came to respond to Minister of Legal Affairs Magdi al-Agati's law issued to allow the president appoints a number of parliamentarians for the coming parliament.
