Former NDPs run for parliament on Free Egyptians Party's electoral list

A source within Free Egyptians Party said Saturday in a statement to Al Bawaba News that several former members of National Democratic Party (NDP) will run for parliament on party's electoral list.
The source who spoke to Al Bawaba on condition of anonymity, explained that former NDPs will run for the upcoming parliamentary elections on the party's electoral list and individual seats.
This step comes in light of the party's aim to gain as many parliamentary seats as possible in the next parliament, the source added.
The party has announced earlier that it enter the elections with 227 candidates on individual parliamentary seats.
