President Abdel Fattah Al Sisi made Tuesday a telephone call to Mexico's President Enrique Peña Nieto to offer his condolences over the death of Mexican tourists in Egypt, Al Bawaba News reported. Sisi offered Egypt's condolences to the families of the victims, wishing the injured people speedy recovery. The President confirmed to his Mexican counterpart that he will personally follow the investigations process in order to determine the full circumstances of the accident. Presidency spokesperson Alaa Yousef said that the Mexican president expressed his appreciation and gratitude for Sisi's condolences, praising the Egyptian government efforts to help injured people. On Sunday, Egypt's security forces mistakenly killed eight Mexican tourists in a restricted zone in Western Desert's Al-Wahat area.
