Egypt President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi's decision to assign former petroleum minister Sharif Ismail to form a new government reflects the president's close following to the ministers, former deputy minister of petroleum, Mahmoud Nazim, said Saturday. Ismail has a great ability to put a future plan to achieve development in all fields, Nazim told Al-Bawaba News. The recent period proved Ismail's ability to negotiate with foreign investors to achieve the highest economic return, Nazim added.
