EU twinning project with Agricultural Research Center

Egypt's Agricultural Research Center (ARC) will announce Tuesday launching an EU twinning project with the center at the ministry of agriculture headquarters, Al-Bawaba Newspaper reported.
The EU twinning project found in 2004 to help candidate countries to acquire the necessary skills and experience to adopt, implement and enforce EU legislation.
It is a joint project between two administrations and the partner country retains the ownership.
