15 ISIS elements killed in clashes with clan refused to join ISIS west of Mosul

Media official of the Kurdistan Democratic Party in Mosul Saeed Mamouzini announced on Thursday the killing of 15 ISIS elements in armed clashes with Jabour clan west of the city, noting that the clashes came after the clan had refused to join the organization.
Mamouzini said in an interview for IraqiNews.com, "15 elements of the organization were killed in armed clashes between the organization and members of Jabour clan in Qayyarah area west of Mosul," noting that, "the clashes erupted because the clan refused to join the ranks of ISIS".
Mamouzini added: "Jabour clan in Qayyarah also rejected the appointment of an official from ISIS on their region."
