Egyptian Lebanese Businessmen Friendship Association (Elba) will hold its 2nd business forum in Cairo, during October or November, Al Bawaba News reported Tuesday. The business forum will tackle a number of recommendations of the first forum, which was held in Lebanon last year and recommended to facilitate the issuance of Visa to businessmen in order to ease trading between the two countries. The recommendations also included increasing the joint projects and giving priority to the export and import of goods and products from both countries. Regarding the most important recommendations on the international conventions level, the forum recommended preparing an investment map to activate cooperation between the Egyptian General Authority For Investment and Investment Development Authority of Lebanon. This step will focus on the advantages of developing investment in the two countries and the opportunities available to them through the preparation of advanced information network with all data and information of interest to investors in both countries and promote the features of each country.
