Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Sisi may sign an agreement with Russia's state company Rosatom to build two nuclear power units in Egypt during his visit to Russia,the president will hold talks with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin to discuss various bilateral issues, a statement released by the Kremlin said.
