Minister of Culture Abdel Wahed al-Nabawi will inaugurate, on Saturday, Alexandria's Museum of Arabic Calligraphy in attendance of Alex Governor Hani al-Mesiri and a number of artists and intellectuals, Al-Bawaba News reported. "Museum of Arabic Calligraphy will be a cultural edifice in the march of development and creativity," al-Mesiri said. This museum is the first of kind in Egypt to be concerned about the history of Arabic Calligraphy, said Hamdy Abu al-Maati, head of plastic arts sector in the ministry.
