Deputy Foreign Minister Majid Takht-e-Ravanchi said on Saturday that after reopening of UK embassy in Tehran, relations between the two capitals will be at chargé d'affaires level. The diplomat told reporters here that London and Tehran have agreed to change the level of their relations from non-resident chargé d'affaires to resident chargé d'affaires. The Change of chargé d'affaires is out of question at present time, he said. British Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond leading a politico-economic delegation is to arrive in Tehran on Sunday to reopen UK embassy in Tehran in a very simple ceremony, he said. Reopening of Iran's embassy in London will be held in presence of Deputy Foreign Minister for Administrative and Financial Affairs Danesh Yazdi, Ravanchi said. The extent of damages inflicted to UK embassy should be examined in due time, he said. After reopening of the embassies, the two sides embassies will issue diplomatic and service visas and it will take some months the ordinary or tourist visa to be issued, he said. Iran's embassy in UK will be ready to issue visa but it will avoid to do so to do the parallel job with UK embassy in Tehran, he said.
