Sisi ratifies anti-terror law

Egypt's President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi has just ratified the long-awaited anti-terror law, Sada El-Balad satellite channel reported on Sunday.
The talk show host, Ahmed Mussa announced the new law would be operational as of Aug. 16, 2015.
The ratification will be published on the official magazine Aug. 17, sources said.
