Egypt's consulate in China general head of Egypt in Shanghai, Khaled Youssef inaugurated the Egyptian cultural and Tourism festival in Shanghai, Al Bawaba News reported. The festival's inauguration ceremony was attended by a number of senior Chinese government officials, local government deputy director of the foreign affairs office, Egyptian and Chinese tourism companies, and Chinese media figures. Youssef stated during the ceremony that this festival will promote the relations between the Chinese and Egyptian people, expressing his thanks to Egypt's Culture and Tourism Ministries for their efforts to sponsor this event.
