Croatia's Foreign Minister, Vesna Pusic said that two separated terrorist groups were involved in the Croatian hostage Tomislav Salopek kidnapping process in Egypt, Al Bawaba News reported Saturday. Pusic Pointed out that the first group kidnapped Salopek to get a ransom from the French company, which he worked in, adding that this group sold and handed over the hostage to Islamic State (ISIS) affiliated-group Wilayat Sinai that slaughtered him. She said that saying that the first group kidnapped Salopek on July 22 and then contacted with French CGG Company after eight days of his abduction to get ransom, pointing out that the company agreed to pay the ransom. The Croatian minister added that the French company tried to send their approval to the kidnappers' through e-mail which the group demanded the ransom through it, saying that the CGG did not receive any response.
