Egypt-S. Korean deal to boost technical education

Egyptian Minister of International Cooperation, Nagwa Al Ahwani signed an agreement with Chung Kwang-Hyun, Ambassador of the Republic of South Korea to Egypt, to boost joint cooperation in the technical education field, Al Bawaba News reported Sunday.
The South Korean Embassy stated that the agreement included a Korean grant of $ one million and a feasibility study on running technical integrated education complexes in Egyptian system through cooperation between the South Korean International Cooperation Authority and the Egyptian Integrated Technical Education development Center.
The project aims to develop the human resources in Egypt and increase employment opportunities and benefit from the Korean experience in the field of technical education and teaching methods and skills development.
