The Egyptian Democratic Party spokesperson, Mohammed Arafat said Friday that the party organized a series of preparations to qualify its candidates for the next parliamentary elections, Al bawaba News reported. "The party will carry on its activities after the Eid Al Fitr," Arafat stated, affirming that the party will hold a series of conferences in different governorates to support its candidates. The party is currently focusing on the candidates who will run for individual seats, regardless of the electoral lists until the concerned authorities officially announce enough vision for the electoral process, Arafat revealed . He added his party has selected 80 candidates to run for the coming parliamentary elections.
