After the call of President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi to hold parliamentary election by the first quarter of 2015, the cabinet discussed the draft law of electoral districts Wednesday. The Cabinet started preparations for election in October, as Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab appointed an Electoral Districts Committee to prepare a draft law to allocate election districts, headed by Minister of Transitional Justice Ibrahim El-Heneidi. After approving the draft by the Cabinet, it will be referred to the committee to release its final draft, within two days. Parliamentary elections will be the third step of the road map, announced by President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi in July 3, 2013 after ousting former president Mohamed Morsi.
