Head of Arab Parliament, Ahmed bin Mohamed Al Jarwan announced Sunday in a statement his support to the establishment of the joint Arab force, Al Bawaba newspaper reported. The joint force aims to create a military unit able to quickly intervene to confront the challenges and immediate threats to the safety and security of Arab states, as well as the national sovereignty. Al Jarwan indicated that President Abdel Fattah Al Sisi's initiative became a popular demand by the Arab states and quickened the establishment of the force. He praised the hard work done by the chief of staff of the Egyptian military to speed the process establishing the joint force protocol. Furthermore, he stressed that the Arab Parliament is confident that the president who head the Arab Summit at its current session would achieve this Arab dream, which would preserve and maintain the security and stability of the Arab States' national security.
