The Houthi rebels and forces loyal to former president, Ali Abdullah Saleh seized Sunday Al Hazm town in Jawf governorate, Yemeni tribal sources said. The sources added the rebels seized all the governmental facilities in the town without any resistance from the Popular Resistance fighters. The Houthis also seized control over the Muslim Brotherhood-affiliated Islah Party's (Reform Party) headquarters, revealing that some disloyal resistance fighters had helped the rebels to enter the town easily. Yemen has been plagued with an escalated chaos since the Houthi insurgents' military coup against the Yemeni government and their seizing of large swathes of the country.
