President Abdel Fattah Al Sisi will inaugurate Wednesday the three African economic blocs summit in Sharm El Sheikh, Al Bawaba News reported Tuesday. Sisi will meet on the sidelines of the summit with a number of African countries leaders and World Bank President, Jim Yong Kim. Presidency spokesperson Alaa Youssef said, in a statement, that Egypt will achieve a number of gains from its joining to COMESA. Youssef added that Egypt will be able to double the size of its exports to COMESA countries from $150 million to $730 million, as well as importing a number of consumer goods such as meat and tea.
