Egypt's President, Abdel Fattah Al Sisi discussed with His Highness, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, on Tuesday, potential opportunities and investment projects of the Suez Canal development project, Al Bawaba News reported. Sisi expressed Egypt's government and people gratitude for UAE's vital role played in the development process of Egypt. Sheikh Zayed highlighted that UAE is keen on supporting Egypt's economic development, with encouraging investment strategies in favor of the Egyptian economy growth. According Ambassador, Alaa Youssef, visions of two countries coincided on many issues of mutual interests, regionally and internationally, with emphasis on taking swift action to face the threats against the Arab national security as well as international peace and security. The two sides also called on the international community to carry out its responsibilities and contribute to finding peaceful solutions to the conflicts in the region, thus contributing to the establishment of security, stability and development of the Arab peoples.
