Greek air force units arrived Friday in Egypt to participate in "Horus 2015", a joint Egyptian-Greek air force training session, the Egyptian army spokesperson said on Saturday. The Egyptian-Greek joint practice will last for several days, according to Brigadier General Mohamed Samir via his official Facebook page. Greek and Cypriot naval forces performed a joint practice drill in the Mediterranean last week. Egypt's President Abdel Fattah Al Sisi had visited Cyprus in April, where he met a number of Cypriot and Greek leaders who agreed to step up the fight against terrorism in the region.
