President Abdel Fattah Al Sisi will meet Wednesday with political party leaders to discuss the Electoral Districts Law amendments at the presidential headquarters in Heliopolis, Al Bawaba news reported. The meeting comes after the Supreme Constitutional Court (SCC) ruled the Electoral Districts Law unconstitutional in May, resulting in the postponement of parliamentary elections until the questioned law is amended. The parliamentary elections will constitute the third phase in Egypt's Road map put forth after the June 30 Revolution. The first two steps included drafting a new constitution and holding presidential elections. Sisi will also discuss several issues with the party leaders concerning his upcoming visit to Germany scheduled in June, and the developments of the new Suez Canal project.
