State Council reviews elections' law

Egypt's State Council Legislation Department has reviewed the electoral districts' law after receiving it from laws amendment committee, Al Bawaba News reported on Saturday.
The State Council will review the laws as soon as possible to maintain the country's supreme interests, Transitional Justice Minister, Ibrahim Heneidy, who heads the committee tasked with making the amendments, said earlier in April.
"The State Council is well aware of the critical period the country passes through," Mr. Heneidy added.The State Council is a judicial body that reviews legislative decrees and draft bills.
