Mahlab briefs Al Sisi on recent major accidents in Egypt

Prime Minister, Ibrahim Mahlab met Monday with President Abdel Fattah Al Sisi and briefed him on the latest economic and political developments in the country, Al Bawaba News reported.
The President stressed the need for providing citizens with their basic needs and fighting all kinds of corruption, in addition to countering the rise of prices.
The Prime Minister discussed, during the meeting, the efforts exerted by the government to contain the repercussions of the recent accidents witnessed in a number of governorates.
The country witnessed a number of accidents this week, including the sinking of a carrier of phosphate in the Nile and the collapse of Manyal Bridge.
