Bomb blast near Shubra police station

A bomb exploded the vicinity of a police station in Cairo's Shubra district Saturday morning, causing damages to a nearby telecommunications center, Al Bawaba News reported.
Civil protection units cordoned off the surrounding area and combed it for other potential threats.
No claims were made for the attack and no casualties reported.
