Egypt's President, Abdel Fattah Al Sisi met Tuesday with Foreign Minister, Sameh Shoukry for talks over the latest developments of the Yemeni and Libyan crisis. Al Sisi and Shoukry discussed the results of the Ministerial Arab Committee's first meeting aiming to end the Israeli occupation of Palestinian territories, stressing on the need for international intervention in order to support the two-state solution. He called on the international community to secure the future of Palestinians, by establishing an independent state with east Jerusalem as capital. Sisi has also met with Minister of Interior Maj. General Magdy Abdel Ghaffar to discuss the ministry efforts to maintain Egypt's security and confront terrorism. Al Sisi praised the ministry's approach to educate citizens to report any human rights' violations, stressing on the need to achieve balance between preserving security and stability and citizens' freedom rights. He also praised the extensive efforts exerted by the police and armed forces to restore security and stability, especially during the economic conference and the Arab Summit held in Sharm Al Sheikh.
