Saudi Foreign Minister, Saud Al Faisal said Tuesday that Saudi Arabia and other Gulf states will spare no effort to defend legitimacy in Yemen till the country stability is restored. "The Storm of Resolve operation will carry on defending legitimacy in Yemen until it achieves its goals, and Yemen is back to security, stability and unity," Al Faisal said in his remarks before the 26th regular session of the Shura Council in the Saudi Kingdom. "Saudi Arabia is not calling for war, but is ready if war drums are banged," the minister added during the Shura Council session. The Iranian-backed Houthi militias have seized control of the capital Sanaa in February with help of ex-military troops loyal to former president Ali Abdullah Saleh, forcing legitimate President Abd Rabbo Mansour Hadi to flee to the port city of Aden. On Thursday, Hadi travelled to Riyadh from Aden as Saudi-led air strikes started to shell rebels' sites in Yemen.
