Cairo Criminal Court will resume Tuesday the trial of ousted President Mohamed Morsi and 10 other defendants accused of allegedly collaborating with Gaza-based Hamas to commit terrorist acts in Egypt , according to Al Bawaba News. The accusations include leaking important national security documents to Qatari intelligence through the Qatar-based Al Jazeera news channel. In Mansoura city, 32 members of the Muslim Brotherhood (MB) terrorist organization will be tried before a military court over rioting and terrorism-related charges. In Suez, 17 MB members also face military trial over terrorism related accusations. The Qasr El Nile Misdemeanor Court will also try Tuesday 86 defendants accused of disturbing the peace on the 4th anniversary of the January 25 revolution. The defendants also are charged with blocking public roads, crowding, thuggery, resisting arrest and violating the protest law.
