Spokesperson for Egypt's Economy Development Conference (EEDC), Ambassador Hossam Al Qawish revealed Thursday that delegations from 89 Arab and European countries, including at least 25 presidents have confirmed their participation in the conference. Qawish stated that high level delegations have already arrived in Sharm El Sheikh Airport to attend the conference, scheduled to be held on Friday, adding that the cabinet has established a committee to solve any problems the participating delegations might face. The conference aims to attract foreign investments as part of a comprehensive programme, aiming to boost the economic growth, by focusing on unutilized sectors, including infrastructure and renewable energy. President Al Sisi invited 110 kings and leaders of states alongside 3000 investors, representatives of international corporations and public figures to participate in the conference.
