Minya Criminal Court resumed Wednesday the witness testimonies hearing in the retrial of 119 members of the outlawed Muslim Brotherhood (MB) terrorist organization, over violence related accusations, The court will also review reports from the Passports and Immigration office on defendant Shehata Qasim's departure and arrival dates. North Minya prosecution's office referred the defendants to the criminal court over several accusations, including the destruction of public and private property, and storming the Samalot Police station following the dispersal of Rab'aa and Nahda sit-ins August 2013.
