A report by the Huffington Post said Monday that ISIS had developed their social media campaigns in English and French to attract young Western women to become their wives. Young girls have been reportedly disappearing throughout Europe, North America and Australia. Female recruiters use Twitter accounts solely dedicated to jihadi matchmaking. They promise girls a wonderful life and say all of their needs will be taken care of. ISIS is also attracting unemployed men promising them a job, a wife and a house to ensure that the new recruits will stay. The group has even established a marriage bureau in Raqqa, Syria to register potential spouses. In January 2015, ISIS released a guide for women in the 'Islamic State', targeting women residing in the Gulf countries, encouraging them to join them, explaining that they could make more of a difference there than in their home countries. ISIS encourages wives to have many children as a way of 'anchoring' the men and expanding the 'Islamic State'.
