Yemen's Houthi group's resigned member, Ali Bakhiti described on his Facebook account Friday the constitutional declaration the group has issued earlier today as a "coup". Bakhiti, who was a representative of Houthi group in the national dialogue, has condemned the coup carried out by the group, pointing out that the group will be responsible for the consequences expected to Yemen's security, unity , and economy. He called on all political and national groups in Yemen to stand against this coup. Yemen's Houthi group announced today that they had dissolved parliament and installed a "presidential council" to run the country in the face of a power vacuum. In a statement issued by the group they announced a constitutional declaration that consists of 16 articles including the formation of a new parliament of 551 members to replace the dissolved parliament.
