Egypt's Minister of Local Development, Adel Labib said Tuesday the governors' reshuffling movement will include 14 new governors, adding that the list of appointed governors will be announced Thursday upon the arrival of President Al Sisi from Addis Ababa, according to Youm 7 Newspaper. The movement was supposed to be ready by mid-January, but it was delayed because President Al Sisi has rejected the previous list presented by the government. Prime Minister, Ibrahim Mahlab denied Thursday that the government had selected largely police and military generals for candidates, saying that all the candidates were chosen via professional standards.
