President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi will participate in the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland on Wednesday. Several heads of states and world leaders will participate in the forum to discuss experiences in fields of finance, business, government, international organizations, academia and civil society. Sisi will be accompanied by Ministers of Industry and Trade, Finance, Foreign Affairs, and the Governor of the Central Bank. Spokesperson of the Presidency, Alaa Youssef said the President will deliver a speech during a special hearing. Sisi will lead a closed-door meeting attended by 52 international figures of including heads of states, ministers, heads of international organizations, and public figures, to discuss the current international efforts to address violence and extremism, and enabling decision-makers to take into account the balance between security and civil liberties. The President will also meet the King of Jordan, Abdullah Bin Al Hussein, German Chancellor, Angela Merkel, President of the Swiss Confederation, Erna Solberg, and European Commissioner foreign policy, Federica Mogherini, along with the Chairmen of international corporations.
