President Al Sisi held talks with Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Al Sabah Monday evening at Bayan Palace, in the presence of the two countries delegations. Talks addressed a number of regional issues, mainly the situation in Libya and ways to preserve its territorial integrity, said Presidency spokesperson, Ambassador Alaa Youssef. The two sides agreed on the importance of supporting legitimate institutions in Libya, and to stop military supplies and financial aid to extremist militias, he added. Al Sisi's visit comes in the context of moves to assure local and foreign investors ahead of the Economic Summit, scheduled to take place in March.
