Egypt asked Qatar on Monday to restraint the money of fugitive Muslim Brotherhood leader, Youssef Al Qaradawy, over charges of funding a terrorist group and inciting violence. Head of Egypt's committee to restraint MB assets, counselor Mohamed Aboul Fottouh, said security investigations confirmed Qaradawy's possession of billions through illegal funding for a nonexistent charity organization, used to asset terrorist activities. "The committee issued a restraint warrant against Qaradawy along with 30 MB leaders following June 30th uprising", he added. Egypt declared the MB a terrorist group on December 25, 2013, following an explosion at a security building in Nile Delta's Manousra, leaving 16 killed and 100 injured.
