Militant group Ansar Bayt al-Maqdis (Supporters of Jerusalem), which mainly operates in Sinai and claimed several terror attacks in Cairo recently, released a video that has taken the Egyptian web sphere by storm. The 18-minute video first describes Egypt's army "as the Camp David Army", claiming the army lets spies cross the borders. Then shows an Arab man, allegedly an Israeli Mossad agent, who was supposedly captured by the militant group and interrogated. However, the names of the people he allegedly says the Mossad asked about were bleeped in the video as well as the specifics of the "four operations" he was ordered to do in Egypt. But what has really caused the outrage was the footage of Ansar Bayt al-Maqdis members wearing army uniforms and setting a checkpoint on the Rafah crossing, as well as driving around Sinai as law enforcers.
