International contemporary dance event in Cairo

An International assembly of contemporary dancers and arts professionals will be held from December 15th to 21st to create artistic exchanges between Egypt, Europe and other countries worldwide .
The event is organized by the international association Danse Bassin Méditerranée (DBM) and MAAT Dance within the framework of the Cairo Contemporary Dance Center project.
"Contemporary dance in Egypt has gained a position of undeniable prominence in the development of contemporary arts", according to statements by the Euro-Arab Network for Contemporary Dance and Performance on Facebook.
