Al-Gumhouriya Theatre 12 Al-Gumhouriya St, Abdin, Tel 02 2390 7707 Wed 19, 8pm: On the occasion of the National Day of Mexico and within the framework of reinforcing the cultural relations with Egypt, the Mexican folkloric group of Yaocuauhtli Ballet and Mariachi Garibaldi will be presenting two concerts. For the first time in Egypt, a Mexican group of 30 artists will present a show that fuses music, dance and singing reflecting Mexican cultural diversity. During their visit, the aforementioned artists will also participate in a dance workshop with the dancers of the Egyptian dance group Forsan El Sharq Heritage. The referred tour is organized by the Embassy of Mexico, in collaboration with the Egyptian Ministry of Culture and the Opera House.
