The exhibition gathers works of four young and promising women artists: Kamila Bassioni, Rania Atef and Afrodite W. El-Seesy who have already taken part together in the From Rags to Riches Project (FRTR), a pilot project wholly devoted to upcycled public art in Cairo, curated by Mashrabia Gallery in 2017. The four artists experiment with paper, cardboard, glass, and wood to give shape to a suggestive landscape where tiny buildings and cars stand next to expanses of green and forest-like structures (24 June -19 July).
