Head of the Arab European unit in Al-Ahram Centre for Political and Strategic Studies,Amr Al-Shobaki will deliver a keynote address on Indian constitution and there would be a screening of short film on Indian constitution and a short skit on the making of Indian constitution. The event marks the 127th anniversary of Ambedkar.
