Fri 3, 9.30pm: Egyptian singer and songwriter Maryam Saleh, together with electro-music producer Zeid Hamdan in a big concert. Joining them in live performances Marc Codsi on guitar/bass guitar, and Anthony Abi Nader on drums. The band has developed their blend of traditional Arabic songs, hip-hop and electronic. Sat 4, 9.30pm: The Egyptian accordionist, composer, songwriter and singer Youssra Al-Hawari features in a concert, accompanied by her band: Shadi Al-Hosseini, Salam Yousri, Sedki Sakhr, Mahmoud Faisal, Yamen Al- Gamal. She began performing as both an actress and a vocal performer with Al Tamye theater group in 2007, known for its performances incorporating music and storytelling. She has been also working as a musician with Egypt's The Choir Project.
